It’s time to start preparations for our annual Nyhan/Adams Family Gathering!  We will be going back to the Thompson House Resort in Windham, New York.

The reunion is planned for the weekend of September 17-19, 2010.  Rooms go fast, especially the deluxe suites, so get your reservations in early in order to ensure you get the desired accommodation.   Many are staying two nights but if you cannot, it’s not a problem.

Please visit the Thompson House web site to view the room types. All the rooms are beautiful and modern.  The suites are large and there is a 30% discount for a third or fourth adult sharing a room.

The daily rates range from $86 - $110 per night per person. Special rate for children - the Thompson House will be happy to advise you.

--------------------------------------------

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

1-If you know what kind of room you want, send a $50 deposit to the Thompson House, Att:  Kurt , P.O. Box 129, Windham, NY  12496.  Specify the room type, number of people (including children) and how many nights.

2-Send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   and let us know if you are coming.

 --------------------------------------------------

If you are unsure or have any questions, please e-mail Mike or me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will try to answer your questions.  You can also call the Thompson House at 518 734-4510 or e-mail Kurt at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In addition, if you are staying elsewhere and want to spend the day and have dinner, you need not send a deposit.  Just let me know so they can set up a place in the dining room and you can settle up with them before you leave.

I know it’s early and you may not know how many people will be in your party, but the most important thing is to send in the deposit so they can hold the room.  All other details can be worked out later.
